Refund policy
No refunds once the file has been delivered. It is a download. You have it, and it cannot be handed back. Saying otherwise would be a policy neither of us could hold to.
What you agree to at checkout
The directory is delivered immediately on payment. By buying, you ask for delivery to start at once and accept that this ends any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase — the right that exists for goods you have not yet received. Where the law of your country grants a cancellation right that cannot be waived, that law wins over this page.
The two cases where you do get your money back
- Delivery failed. You paid and did not get a working file, and we cannot get one to you. Full refund.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy. Full refund of the duplicate.
Email support@affiliateprogramterms.com and it gets sorted. No form, no argument.
What you get instead of refunds
This directory's only claim is that its figures were read off the vendor's own page and dated. So the remedy that actually matters is not your $29 back — it is the data being right.
Find a figure that is wrong and we correct it and send you the updated file, free, however long ago you bought. Same if a vendor changes its terms and we re-read them. That is a standing commitment and it is worth more than a refund window, because it does not expire.
If you have not bought and you find one, the file is yours free — same standard, stated on the purchase page.
What is not a refund reason
The directory is deliberately explicit about what it is, before you pay. Part of it is free to read in full, the purchase page states exactly what is in the file and what is not, and the guide explains every field. Buying it and then finding it is a list of affiliate program terms is not a fault we can fix.
Likewise: a vendor changing its terms after you bought is the reason this product exists, not a defect in it. Every record is dated for that reason, and the correction above covers it.
Disputes
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, so a card dispute goes through them and their buyer terms. Email us first. It is faster than a bank, and a delivery problem gets fixed or refunded either way.
