Terms of sale

Plain version: you are buying a file, once. Use it in your business, don't republish it, and check a figure against its source before you act on it.

Who you are buying from

affterms publishes this directory. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record — they are the seller on the transaction, they handle tax, and their name is what appears on your statement. Their buyer terms govern the payment itself; everything below governs the file.

What the purchase is

A one-time download of the full directory as a CSV and a PDF. There is no account, no subscription and nothing that renews. The price is stated on the purchase page.

You get the file as it stands on the day you buy it. The directory keeps growing and the file does not grow with it — nothing here promises a subscription to future records.

The purchase also includes an access key for AI agents, valid for 12 months from the day you buy. While it is valid, an agent using it reads the directory as it stands, including programs added and corrections made after your purchase. It does not renew and nothing is charged when it ends. The key is for use inside the same one business as the file; a key that is shared publicly or used to copy the directory out wholesale is switched off. How it connects.

Corrections are the exception, and they are free for good. If a figure in the file you bought turns out to be wrong, or a vendor changes terms we had recorded, write to us and you get the corrected file at no cost, however long ago you bought. That is the difference between buying more data and getting right the data you already paid for. It is also the remedy offered instead of refunds.

What you may do with it

Use it inside one business — research it, sort it, quote a figure in your own work, build your own program shortlist from it. That is the point of it.

What you may not do is republish it. Not the file, not a copy of it, not a reformatted version, not as a dataset, feed, API or a directory of your own. The compilation is the thing being sold, and reselling it is the one use that destroys it. Quoting individual figures with attribution is fine and always was — the underlying terms are public facts published by the vendors, and this directory claims no ownership over them. What it owns is the work of collecting, checking and dating them.

What is not promised

Every figure was read off the vendor's own program page and carries the date it was read. Vendors change their terms without telling anyone, including us. A figure here is a record of what a page said on a date, not a guarantee of what it says today, and the entry links to the source precisely so you can check before you rely on it.

Where a vendor does not publish something, the record says not stated rather than guessing. That is a finding, not a gap.

Nothing here is advice, and the directory is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed vendor. No vendor pays to be listed and none can pay to change what is published about them.

If something is wrong

Tell us and we will fix it. A corrected figure goes into the directory and you get the updated file, at no cost, whether you bought it yesterday or months ago. That is the remedy this product offers, and it is a better one than a refund on a file you already have — see the refund policy, which is short and says no.

Liability

Affiliate decisions are yours. To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss arising from using this data is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
